It takes professional help to remove tarter, there is no way for you to remove it at home a tooth brush and floss won’t even budget, if it isn’t removed it starts to get on to the root surfaces, tarter shows up as a small white line on the top of the teeth bacteria that causes periodontal disease , bacteria produce toxins and are this toxins that combined with your bodies reaction to them destroy bone around your teeth so some of the warning signs are persisting bad breath, bleeding of the gum when brushing and flossing, soft swollen and tender gum, gums shrinking away from the teeth, loose teeth and changes on the spaces between the teeth with reflect changes in your under line bone.
